The latest chapter proved that DNA has nothing to do with owning a sharingan. Tobimara was right, awakening a sharingan only requires Uchiha chakra. So Uchiha chakra is like Bijuu chakra in terms of using. Kakashi now has Uchiha chakra so he isn't different from uchihas, except in DNA what isn't important.
I guess thats also why Orochimaru wanted an living Uchiha body instead of obtaining DNAs from uchihas.

And why he needs an Uchiha body&DNA when this chapter&Tobimara's statement proved that only the chakra is important of using a sharingan in its ful capacity. But after Obitos chakra disappears of course Kakashi won be an Uchiha anymore.

No he isn't.

Kakashi is hosting Obito's chakra temporarily. To awaken the Sharingan, you need the gene that triggers the release of the "special chakra" in the optic nerve.

your statements are off. Its already known that anybody can use just about any eye technique as long as the person has the eye. It just burns more chakra if you not part of that particular clan. Kakashi tires quickly when using a sharingan. So did danzo. He compensated by having senju dna implanted in him. Pain was part of the Uzumaki clan known for having large chakra reserves. makes sense to give him the Rinnegan. Orochimaru wanted a Uchiha body because he theorist that they could unlock the Rinnegan. He already had senju dna. As for Kakashi, He didn't unlock anything. Obito unlock the initial 2 tome rinnegan. I can assume Obito unlock the 3 tome as well and the Mangekyo by witnessing rin's death. It has already been shown that when in close proximity to each other that the eyes remain linked.
