As far intellect with feats Kakashi has shown a bit more than Itachi. Most likely because he's one of the main characters with more panel time. I feel like they are more or less even in that aspect.

Itachi already admitted Kakashi was a more skilful ninjutsu user than himself, and his analytical capacities are second to none capable to understand weakness of the most complicated techniques after just seeing them once

Everytime Kakashi actually exerted himself he improved faster than anyone from improving his physical stats as well as stamina in Sharingan usage, to developping the Ms during 2 years, using the sharingan copy better than any Uchiha and puting them to shame by completely stabilizing perfect susanoo, something Itachi never managed in his entire life despite being a Uchiha

You can't really say all this consdering Kakashi constantly forced himself to the point of collapse where as Itachi ALWAYS held back and never truly wanted to hurt any one

Gross exaggeration on your part. His Kamui dissection was quite subpar. Which proves that this 'second to none' comment isn't entirely true.

Not proven ages and war had a large role in those promotions. To believe that Itachi was a lesser genius when just about everyone wanks to this guy ... proves otherwise.

He never developed Sharingan or enhanced it in any manner. He simply improved his control. That is the only valid argument you have for MS. He abuses the copy feature. How many techniques has he exhibited anyway from those thousand copied ones? He would have, if they were at that level to be used effectively.

Wait ... what? You do realize that Obito has pretty much said that he's giving Kakashi his powers? Don't put Kakashi on a pedestal where he doesn't belong.
