Dissecting Bullshit 101
I can't think of a single plot element she's crucial too.
Hardly any character outside of Naruto and Sasuke are ever crucial to the plot. That said, in recent times alone, Sakura kept Naruto alive and helped Obito retrieve Sasuke. Without those two events the whole world would have been f-cked.
She's got no ties any key people,
- Apprentice of the Godaime
- Student of Kakashi, who is possibly the Rokudaime
- Teammate to Naruto who is definitely going to be Hokage at some point
- Good friends with theirs to Konoha's most prominent clans
btw, a lot of characters, including Jiraiya and Orochimaru, didn't come from prominent clans or had ties to important people when they were coming up, so what's your actual point?
she's not especially strong,
She's easily Kage and at least as strong as Tsunade, who, by the way, was pretty much running the show against Edo Madara.
she's got no arc for her own growth like Shikamaru or Kakashi has had,
Irrelevant.
she hadn't done anything to change or effect the plot.
- Protected Naruto and Sasuke when they were unconscious during the second part of the Chūnin Exam
- Made Naruto promise he'd get back Sasuke back, which motivated him probably more than anything
- Saved Kankurō's life
- Developed a cure to Sasori's poison
- Beat Sasori together with Chiyo
- Identified the origins of Zetsu
- Used remote healing to protect an entire army
- Saved Naruto's life
- Acted as a battery to enable Obito to find Sasuke and return him
The promise was revealed to be a personal goal of Naruto's to rescue Sasuke and Sasuke hasn't cared about Sakura since day 1.
Naruto obviously cared about Sasuke, but the promise he made to Sakura is what made him prioritise it over pretty much anything else - which is what Sai told Sakura, which in turn led to the fake confession.
The bolded is pure bullshit. People have posted scans in this thread already to make it abundantly clear Sasuke did care about Sakura, so you no excuse for this ignorance.
Get this piddly shit outta here, son. You're an embarrassment.
