[Discussion] Mirajane is greater than Erza

She really is tho imo, people underrate her so much! Her Basic Satan Soul form probably takes out most of her armors. Lets say they battle and it comes down to this:

Even if Erza's Nakagami Armor breaks the Laws of Magic, I still think Mirajane's Sitri Form can be on par with her.

Or we can bring it down a notch and put Mirajane's Sitri Form against Erza's Armadura Fairy Armor

Doesn't help that Erza's swords seemingly are the bluntest things in the whole world. And she's a main character so she has to be shown continuously growing.

Marijane shows a lot of destructive force, and flashier techs... but honeslty, Erza has more experience (considering Mira's out time), has more diversity, has more magic, and if we ignore plot: her swords cut shit.


I'd go with Erza assuming we remove her plot blunt swords.

I love this website since it seems to be giving Mirajane the praise she deserves. Regardless of that, Halphas is the only take over that can beat Erza right now. Sitri would possibly destroy many of Erza's armors but lose to nakama clothing Erza's benizakura.

Erza should be at least slightly stronger.

Erza and Mira were supposed to be equal, before Lisanna died. After that Mira stoped being mage, unlike Erza, who at that time should surpass Mira.

I thought I was the only one thinking Mira is underrated. I hope mashima gives her more chance. As for Erza's nakagami armor, there's a limitation to that. It requires a huge amount of magic that she had to open her 2nd origin. So if Mira can stand untill Erza runs out of fuel while wearing it, then its a sure win for Mira san. I would consider Erza's adamantine armor as a bigger problem for Mira

She beat Freed and lost against Azuma and Seira because they were more powerful than her.. Just because they were rivals before Lisanna's death doesn't mean they're on equal footing now..

Sure, I agree that Erza is stronger, but she's not getting mid-diffed, mid-high will probably be the best conclusion.
She only lost to Azuma because Lisanna was on the brink of extinction and she couldn't concentrate on her fight. There are a lot of factors most people don't take into consideration when basing Mirajane's power on that fight, these are the following:

- Mirajane still didn't have her complete power back then.
- Mirajane was sort of exhausted after fighting Elfman and Evergreen, who she lost to due to some unfair trick that the duo pulled.
- Mirajane had her sister tied to a time bomb.
- Mirajane couldn't concentrate as most of her focus was on Lisanna.
- Mirajane saved Lisanna to the time bomb by giving her the remaining magical power she has so she would tank the time bomb. Mirajane on the other hand took the full brunt of the bomb without a shred of MP in her body. Of course she would lose.

If the adverse conditions had not been on Mirajane's side, and it was a fair fight, it was obvious where the fight was going.
She was faster, her nukes were better, her hand to hand was better and so are a lot of other things.

As for Sayla, she lost because she's strong. Even Erza could've been defeated by that woman, or maybe it would be a tie between Sayla and Erza.

Oh yeah, Macro. That's a good point. But if it's just brute force, Erza can defeat Sayla.

With Macro, Mirajane was the only one who could've defeated her. Even Laxus would lose against Sayla. :3

Anyone who isn't a demon will lost to Seira...That badass Seira I missed her

Brute force??May be not.Erza's majority armors got blown away during GMG arc when she fought against Kagura/Minerva.With Armor of Nakagami...May be.Erza can possibly win if she combines different requips with different swords.
Seira showed more brute force & strength but knowing Erza has Admantium armor in her possesion & that fast requiping skills she possibly has a edge over Seira
