I have a feeling Sasuke will retire from shinobi life and live in peace, opting for raising his family with Karin and act as an advisor to Naruto. He's had a life filled with hatred, lies and fighting. I can easily see him wanting to leave it all behind and protect Itachi's legacy by being a pusher of change and not a fighter.

Its not that the village has anything to offer him, its a fodder village full of Sakuras.

The leaf should thank Sasuke for trying to change the rotten system that plagued it ever since it was created! There will be more Danzo's to come and Nardo unrealistic and naive self is not gonna change anything, and in fact he might be an even worse version of Hiruzen.

So my question is, what will Sasuke do if he doesn't end up as Hokage?

I will give him two options:

1) Become an infamous wandering ronin like Kenshin, helping random strangers along his way.

2) Restore the Uchiha clan, and make his own village and become its own kage.

What's do you guys think?

Sakura isn't fodder, her skills with medical ninjutsu, chakra control, and book smart were all praised by Jounins and higher such as Kakashi, Chiyo, Tsunade, Naruto, Temari, Sasori, and Shizune. The system wasn't rotten, Madara was who made it worst by attacking the village and having some Uchihas who started to think he was right. It's the hatred that cause all the issues which wasn't only in Konoha but in all Villages. Naruto actually would not let someone like Danzo do evil deeds, upon hearing his fellow comrades wanting to kill Sasuke he made up his mind to fight him to the death while Hiruzen wouldn't do that to Danzo as he should have.

He already said he would change how the Hyuugas handle the second branch when he becomes Hokage, that would end the hatred that the second branch have for the main branch. He then said he would find peace that his father and Jiraiya fail to accomplish. Naruto actually have ninjas in Konoha wanting him to be Hokage and have been acknowledged by the Kages and Shinobi alliance. Hashirama called Naruto's past hope for the whole Alliance.

Sasuke won't be like Kenshin unless he changes, Kenshin changed from a killer to a non-killer. Sasuke currently show no regret of his past criminal actions nor care what Konoha ninjas like Shinamaru, Kiba and Shino think about him when Itachi told Naruto that you don't get acknowledged when you become Hokage, you become Hokage when you are acknowledged. As of Now I don't see Sasuke becoming Hokage or being helpful to anyone unless it served him in some purpose. Him restoring the Uchiha clan would take him having lots of kids and when they are old enough they will have kids and so on so Sasuke would be dead by the time there's enough Uchihas to have a decent size village.
