Who would survive Itachi's Totsuka Blitz?

Itachi didn't get a chance to really use his fabled Totsuka Blitz on the current fodder. I'm curious to see who would have possibly survived.

I definitely believe that Naruto could have survived, but I don't see anyone else as having a real chance.

To be honest I'm sure that Itachi could have soloed most of the current characters by just simply throwing his legendary sun glasses in their general direction.
