Is itachi really need a PS to be invincible

Because The spirit weapon he have is batter overall than any PS

in defence and counter

Totsuka piercing anything and sealed it

Yata protect him from any attack

Even Kaguya can't do anything.

Her portal grab is nullify by YATA same with her other attack

What Itachi needed is improve his speed and reflex to matching/escaping Kaguya

And also improve his strategies making ability

Anything else is in check

If you say that he can do like Kakashi did with the scroll, remember that the scroll broke eventually and Itachi hasn't been shown to have any crows big enough to fly on. Even if Itachi did have PS, Kaguya could just warp behind the susanoo where Yalta is not blocking and then destroy the susanoo with chakara punches as seen with Sasuke.

His Susanoo is already Perfect. He's invincible, cause of Totsuka + Yata mirror.

Nope, nagato has no cool time in his real body, that's only for the 6 body's, also nagato can use chibaku tense and solo itachi no diff, speed is equal cause I am talking about fully health nagato which no damage from hanzo, and even if itachi is faster nagato can easily soumming his animal's which means itachi can reach him, amatarsu can be counterd with shinra tensi , also if things gets bad nagato can use gedo mazo ,and let's not forget nagato has ningendo which can take the soul of the opponent like he did with naruto , nagato wins mid-diff

Counter it then. Also, who is to say that the KA crow can even get close enough to Kaguya to affect her? Also, tell me what exactly Itachi does if Kaguya goes behind him with a portal and then starts punching susanoo in the back with chakara arms.

When Nagato want to use CT, Itachi will using Amaterasu to disrupt him

Nagato can't just neglect the effect of Amaterasu or else he will burn to death

That mean he will react, when he react to absorb Ama from his body

Itachi will fire yasaka Magatama at Nagato to add second attack that nagato will absorb

And then Itachi burn the surrounding of Nagato to limited Nagato sight.

Nagato wlll try to escape from the fire by summoning his animal

Yasaka magatama again to the bird plus and Ama

itachi continue to using distraction base jutsu to limit nagato move

In his strategy to make Nagato trapped and close to him little by little

And then when nagato is in confusion, Totsuka stab him
