Well as we'll know Kaguya is forming when she absorb and cover Madara body with her will and chakra and also other peoples chakra that trap in IT

Kaguya is using Madara body as to form a humanoid shape

That mean kaguya body is literally a Madara.

Madara body that do all the work and receive injuries

In the latest chapter, Kaguya 'hand' is cut off by Naruto

But that actually/technically is Madara hand not Kaguya

The conclusion here is, Madara hand is cut off by Naruto not Kaguya.

Or Madara body is inside some dimension in Kaguya body

Chakra is formless energy that can be shape/construct

That's mean Kaguya chakra that surround/cover Madara hand is forming Kaguya hand instead.

It just thick layer of chakra that cover the hand, it difficult to see the different.

Why not just manifest her body freely without any medium to take shape that is Madara

It make no sense

Look at other life construct like Mpkujin, Shinsuusenju, they form independently from any mould/medium of shape

That mean what BZ must done is absorb all shinju and Juubi inside Madara body and go trough his body,

if he can absorb Kurama, why he can't absorb Juubi and shinju

Then manifest in chakra/normal form like he have naturally with all those Shinju and Juubi in it

Next summon all chakra in to his body to form Kaguya.

But what happen actually in manga is different.
