Than in the actual episode it doesn't make sense, when i saw it in the opening i thought i gonna be alot better in the actual episode but nop plus in the opening its closer to the manga but in the anime its no near close.

The purpose of the face is to make it look "SCARY". In the opening it doesn't even look scary, while in the anime episode the face has that "creepy/scary" effect.
