How strong would naruto be without hago's power up

when he used sage mode in bijuu mode he could absorb nature energy faster

After Obito gave naruto the last bijuu piece, the bijuus met together and confirmed that naruto will bring them together and control their power.

Naruto kicked a Bijudama with his bare foot. The Sages power had nothing to do with that? He didn't even have a cloak. Naruto said himself he felt like he could do anything. The Sage had nothing to do with that either? Naruto got owned by Madara and nearly died, then Hagoromo gave him the power up, but that had nothing to do with his new power either, right?

Well a minute before you posted this, I edited for the TSB and immunity to it. Everything else you said falls under the category of either: strength, speed, or sensing.

Without the sage power up, Naruto would be BSM with the 9 bijuu still. He wouldn't be able to use TBBRS however.

TBBRS is made with TSB, so since he doesn't have TSB he won't be able to use TBBRS.

It all depends on the effect the 9 Bijuu's chakra has on him, I do know for sure that he'd be fodder compared to his current self.
