That's a good opening, Hamatora overall has a great OST but there are a ton of openings better than this.

Arakawa Under The Bridge season 1 has a really similar opening to Flat.
Death Note opening 1 is legendary. The World by Nightmare, or Nightmare by The World, can't remember.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood opening 1 is also legendary, Again by Yui




And Pokemon English dub opening 1 is the best anime opening ever, don't even argue with me.
