Its just the way Kishi is directing him while he's fighting.
Knowing people like Sasuke, Minato, and Tobirama (teleporters) they are generally suppose to be the strongest.

He has to nerf them if you haven't noticed he always nerfs sasuke because he's too OP.
Also to fit other people in there like Naruto, kakashi, etc.

I didnt say naruto wouldnt win. I said it wouldnt be easy. Most people think it'll be a stomp then there's a few of us with logic and knows kishi wouldn't allow that fight to end with one winning without breaking a sweat. Whomever wins it'll be a very hard fought fight.

can sm naruto beat deidara...hm. possible but not likely he would lose he lacks enough ranged moves and cant fly. deidara would dodge rasenshuuriken easy.

Sasuke's only had his new Dojutsu for about 30 minutes.He's learning how to use it the same way he did with the MS & EMS - through battle.

When he fought KB,i wasn't around in forums back then but based on how things are now im sure people were saying that Sage Mode Naruto could easily beat him - cause all he was using with the MS at that piont was Sharingan Genjutsu,and Amaterasu.

Sasuke had the Sharingan Rinnegan Combination eye.It should have the powers of both Sharingan and Rinnegan.It's already been shown to have the Manegkyo Techniques,which he already knew how to do before hand but what about the Rinnegan? He hasn't learn about it's techniques,as for his new Teleportation Technique he's learning how to use it now,which cosumes chakra.

Sasuke deosn't have Bijuu's loading him up with power like Kaguya and Naruto so he has to take breaks to recover.

Once he learns how to use all his powers then he will be aboe to give Naruto and Kaguya a challenge.

Also his new eye is different from Kaguya's.He has it as his main eye while she has it as a third and they are different colors.

Hers is red so i'm guessing it's more Sharingan based while his is purple so im guessing its Rinnegan based.

Raikage lost an arm due to Amaterasu and some white Zetsu's lost there lives.

Raikage lost his arm because he was enraged at the thought of Sasuke slaying Killer Bee, which means he was out for blood and didn't really care much, a more level-headed person wouldn't have did the same things as him

thats my point, sm naruto finds it harder to beat deidara because its a bad match up, right now, kaguya is a bad match up for sasuke so its not going to be in his favor but naruto is a good match up so thinking naruto stomps is just ridiculous, naruto only has 2 tech that can damage PS, just 2

How could you possibly beat someone instant without nerfing it or them with bs cards?

That's literally the only way.
Sasuke has generally been nerfed more than anyone for the sake of the main character and not over powering him (which he already was with Hebi).
