He's to fast to downplay someone's abilities and call them useless, but infact they can help change the fate of a battle.

Well if you read the manga then you know Hashirama was being a dictator like his father by trying to declare Madara Hokage while Tobirama said it was ok if he wants to elect Madara but he has to listen to what the council and villagers want as well. It's the villagers who all voted for Hashirama. The fact that Madara fell into Hatred after not beconing Hokage shows that he would not make a good Hokage, had he worked hard to earn the villagers trust as Gaara did in the 3 years time skip which he was viewed as a killer before.

Sasuke is not calm, he was talking about how killing Danzo gave him a high, how badly he wants to kill Kakashi, and destroy Konoha. You know why Itachi would make a good Hokage? He have the will of fire which is Hashirama will which is Ashura will. The Uchihas don't follow that will, Tobirama told Sasuke Shisui dad, Shisui, Itachi, and a few more all we not bound by the clan and did the best for the village which was what Hashirama wanted.

When being real goes wrong. Leaders effectively manage all the resources available to him. Him basically throwing away 3/5th of all the available resources to save the NV is just plain dumb. Considering there's only 5 ppl left to defend the world.

Dude they have all of the political, economic and military power, there aren't any other political parties, no elections and the people can't resign him if he doesn't do his job right. Yes if they are good people and capable everything will be perfect, but what if they aren't that good? He can do whatever he wants
