Hamura won't make an appearance

The gap between Naruto and Sasuke against Kaguya has probably more than been closed with Kakashi, because we know how OP Kamui is let alone double Kamui. This means that's probably it for naruto and Sasuke power ups ever again so Hamura, plot wise, is not necessary.

Also we always thought Izuna was going make an appearance for the sake of Madara just because they were brothers and, well, yeah.

The issue with the 4 kage and Hagoromo can probably be solved without him as well. All he had anyway was the useless Byakugan as far as we can tell so that's not gonna help against I.T.
