In the recent manga release, naruto used all variant rasenshurikens including magnet release rasenshuriken, and to my understanding, when he used the 1st tail rasengan on madara, it created a magnetic field to hold him in place for sealing, does this mean that kaguya should've been magnetized? Or atleast temporarily glued in place for sealing?

Or did Kaguya's mutation negated that ownage?

She might have absorbed the magnet rasengan. Although the 1 tails with the aid of his body couldn't restrain a PS, so when she transformed the binding (if there even was) was broken imo.
