Obito gave Kakashi his chakra giving him the mangekyou sharingan, however Obito also had Hashirama's cell which gives him wood release, so could Obito have transferred some of the Hashirama chakra giving Kakashi the use of wood release.

Edo Nagato proved that souls retained transplanted powers after death, so its not unreasonable that Obito retain the chakra produce by his hashirama cells.

Obito gave Kakashi his Chakra. His physical body is nothing more than ash at this point, so any potential DNA that he used to tap into the Wood Release of Hashirama would be kaput. Kakashi has both MS now, as well as a Perfect Susano'o right off the bat. Why on earth would he even need Wood Release, never mind the fact that there is absolutely no effing way he could get Wood Release because Obito's DNA is ash? >__>

Obito gave Kakashi his chakra. Uchiha chakra activates the Sharingan. That makes sense. There's no reasonable expectation that the same chakra will give Mokuton as Obito did not originally have Mokuton. He got that through his Zetsu body.
