Not sure about this. Depends for how long can Kakashi use MS. I think they would be almost equal at stamina. In overall, Itachi is stronger.

P.S Itachi's Susanoo is perfect as well. He has Totsuka, Yata mirror, which other Susanoo don't have.
It's not like there is 1 perfect Susanoo.

The only scenario remotely possible for Jiraiya to pull off a win is if he starts in SM, with Ma and Pa on his shoulders, and with intel. Even then, it's still fairly debatable that Itachi will win.
