Restrictions: Onmyoton/Yin-Yang Release. Meaning Obito can't negate Ninjutsu here, but the Truth Seeker Orbs retain their defensive properties. Ninjutsu can hurt his body as well. No Juubi summoning for those who think he can do that, but the Shinju is still allowed.

Conditions: Obito gets access to Kakashi's Susanoo. Its flight speed is scaled to Sasuke's Susanoo's, but its destructive and defensive capacity are the same as Madara's.

--with PS feats being scaled to Madaras, then all JUubito needs are a couple of juubidamas to destroy the PS, and the starting distance of 250m literally means MS Obito is screwed against Juubitos firepower if he resorts to susanoo, PS is doing nothing at all here

--Juubito uses his TSB to attack Obito iff he resorts to using his kamui, and his speed should also be sufficient enough to evade kamui and attack him effectively once he would solidify to attack, not to mention that MS Obitos reflexes are no where near Juubitos

With both Kamui, Obito's teleportation is doubled; when syncing with Kaguya's Dimension, he was shown to use both eyes simultaneously for teleportation. But teleportation is secondary though, more important is the ability to go intangible, which is faster than teleporting. There is also no proper counter to Kamui. It rips off Gedo Mazo's arm instantly, as it absorbs a whole Bunshin faster than Obito shooting out his stake in immediate range. Obito, with both eyes, was able to open a huge dimensional hole. If he stored up enough Chakra, he should be able to snipe Juubito. And Juubito himself has literally nothing to harm Obito. Combined with the PS and your conditions, hard to imagine how Juubito will win.

sasuke was able to follow jiubiobito ,as long as obito can follow jiubi obito ,he can warp him

To be honest, Obito's Teleportation doesn't get doubled, I see more people need to understand how Kamui works and why it looked like Obito was able to jump double speed.

First, Madara said Obito jumped with double speed due to synchronizing use of Kamui on himself while Kakashi used Kamui at him from distance.

Second, Warping of BM Naruto's clone you talk about was done on purpouse. BM Naruto allowed kakashi to track him movement specially slowing down for Kakashi to able to follow up with his eyes. If BM Naruto used short burst speed then he would blitz Kakashi back then.

Third, TSB will finish Double MS Obito before he even know what hit him. If Obito go itangible so TSB pass through him(if it didn't nullify itangibility when passing through Obito then it can react to Obito's chakra.) then it can attack him from all sides while Obito get ready to attack incomming Juubito. Juubito stomps

MS Obito is not capable of tracking Juubito's speed. Sasuke was able to track Juubito because of his Choku Tomoe Sharingan, which grants the user far superior precognition than any normal MS. Even Madara stated that Sasuke's movements were so fluid and his Sharingan was special.

To further back my point, BSM Naruto wasn't able to track Juubito, one of the best sensors in the show had to adjust over the course of the battle to keep up with his speed.

Kamui phasing/teleportation is already instant similar to FTG, its the warping speed that is doubled,
once obito uses both eyes,

not to mention that minato and kakashi even managed to exchange dialogues before kakashi used kamui, so the whole ''mid-summon'' notion is wrong,

and the fact that obito absorbed the bunshin faster than shooting out his stake really doesnt mean much, unless you think that juubito would be unablle to react and counterattack, which is nothing but wrong.

opening up the dimensional hole required a huge built up of chakra and also required sakura buffing him up,
juubito would sense the chakra built up of long range kamui and can act prior to the warp,

and PS is doing nothing at all, all juubito needs is to use a few juubi damas which are more than enough to destroy it along with the user, not to mention that PS slashes are tanked rather easily through his TSB shield,
