Well, this maybe obvious for some of you. But i'd like to point out several things about Ashura being no Jinchuuriki.

As we know, Hagoromo split the 10-Tails in 9 bijuus and gave each of them a name before he died. he told them that one day they would be united again, but not in the same form. also someone would show them what true power is.

Well, ashura didnt unite them, obviously this is narutos job, also we can assume that the bijuus were set free in the world as individuals (lol). this means ashura was no jin.

now to my real point:

in the fight against indra, ashura showed his 6-armed-battle-avatar. as i pointed out before, he was no jin. this means the so called "bijuu-avatar" of naruto is no bijuu-avatar at all. i'd rather say its some sort of senjutsu-susanoo'ish shit.

naruto > ashura

I feel the same. One, like you said, it was Naruto who united the Bijuus. And two, the Bijuus must have been little baby demons so to speak at the time of Ashura and Indra I believe. I don't think it's possible for him to be a jinchuuriki at that time, especially one strong enough to rival his brother. The avatar Ashura possessed was something else.

If you look closely, it has the black lines going separate directions just like naruto has in his bijuu mode for his tails. Could be that maybe he wasn't the full jinc of all 9 but maybe he had a couple of them or something.

And madara said that the only thing comparable to PS is a tailed beast. So maybe fully perfecting jinc mode on one tailed beast is enough to stand up to PS.

I think he did have them tbh. It looks like a better 9 T bijuu avatar. And honestly his father chose him as his successor before dying, so it's only natural for me that he "took" them / they followed him. But we'll see.

The sage created the bijuu at the end of his life, also the time he named ashura his successor and the fight between the brothers began, but I don't think the bijuu were any less powerful even at a young age, theyre all still make up of the full amount of 10 tails chakra.

But haven't the Bijuus been collecting chakra around them as they get older? Remember, we've seen Yin Kurama slowly gain his chakra back after be cut in half. It's very possible that the beasts draw in more chakra and for Ashura to be able to utilize the full strength of the Bijuus at their young age sounds kind of far-fetched to me. If the Bijuus were created towards the end of his life, that means Ashura and Indra were at least somewhat grown when the Bijuus were babies. The fight they had to be the successor probably didn't involve them, even in the can amount to the Juubi's chakra. I know we don't know about Ashura, but it would seem out of character of the descendent to use their power to just to fight his brother at such a young age.

Exactly. It doesn't matter if they were babies or not. That's crazy. They are chakra beast. Always were, always will be. And remember black zetsu said they instigated certain events to lead to the ashura/indra fight. So, for all we know indra maybe starting collecting the beast that hago spread around and then ashura took them, made his bijuu avatar and fought indra. Anything could've happened

The wrong assumption in the manga is that Naruto's biju mode is what it is because he has Kyuubi. However, as anyone of you asked himself is actually Naruto's Ashura chakra is the reason his Biju mode is so different from everyone else? The point is that Naruto was always Ashura. Thus, Kyuubi's chakra was also merged with Ashura's. The lines you are pointing are simply Naruto's chakra merged with Kyuubi's.

Note: Before Naruto went full Biju mode, he merged his chakra with Kyuubi chakra - the fist bump before Kyuubi came out of the cage. Simply put, Kyuubi is not the boss here. Rather, Naruto has always been the boss.

It wasn't conformed. Sage said something like Asura,Indra and Kyuubi's chakra which means that those 3 has something to do with each other so there is a possibility for him to be the former kyuubi's jinchuriki.

It won't explain why Minato's bujji mode is identical to that of Naruto. IMO Naruto being ashura's reincarnation has nothing to do with his BM

Makes sense.

Ashura was the leader of ninshū.
Ninshū is about sharing chakra.
Bijū loved Hagoromo.
Ashura was Hagoromo's successor.
Bijū possibly gave portions of their chakra to Ashura.
Ashura was seen using an avatar that resembles a bijū.
Ashura's avatar was seen using Bijūdama.
Bijūdama are tailed beast skill.

OK.

the way i see it

yin/indra and yang/ashura

ashura and indra both gain there power from birth (just like hagaromo)

it would make sense with the equality the has been show in the manga

if you look around that mech, you can see what is clearly a chakra cloak, front claws, hind legs, and tail of a fox. The other extra chakra appendages can easily be made by a jin that was pro enough to pull it off. What makes the evidence more compelling is that Naruto has shown that Bijuu Dama-like atks can be held and wielded by numerous chakra appendages.

It would be an "asspull" to assume that he wasn't a jinchuuriki. Ashura didn't unite people, but that's mostly because the majority of his life was him fighting with Indra his brother. We haven't seen anybody do a chakra avatar without the mangekyo and even then it's pretty rare. Plus, naruto is the current "savior" and he's a jinchuuriki so what makes you think that ashura wasn't. Plus, it's better that the bijuu are inside naruto because if they are out on their own it's easy for people like madara to take control if them and wreak havoc. That's why they should be sealed seperately inside one jinchuuriki so that each of them still have their individuality, but they can work together with naruto the savior that they all trust and believe in. I think ashura was definitely a jinchuuriki. Maybe not off all the bijuu, but definitely of kurama. If he wasn't a jinchuuriki then why would his avatar look almost completely the same as narutos bijuu mode with slight differences. We know of zero people that can create an avatar without the sharingan, not even the sage if six paths. So why then would it seem more logical that just one person in all history could do it, and somehow it just managed to look like the nine tails bijuu mode. I rest my case

Agreed. And right now Naruto has the potential to perfect all nine tailed best modes
