Since Naruto is about yin and yang, light and dark, etc. Do you think we will see a jutsu called destruction of all things? Creation of all things seems too OP to not have an opposite.

It's just the name of the jutsu that makes it sound godly OP, just like COAT doesn't actually create everything, DOAT won't destroy all things. Maybe just objects, mountains, villages, etc. not people.
