Were Kakashi to invent some Lightning FTG or an awesome jutsu of his own that can trump Hiraishin, maybe. BUt as long as his strongest jutsus are copied/received... meh.

It depends on if Susanoo can hit him, and how long Kakashi can maintain Susanoo. Kamui is useless, offensive wise and minato knows how to beat the defensive version. So Susanoo is Kakashi's best option.

Hashirama was outrunning ps Kurama on foot, so I don't see why minato can't. Although flying is a different story, he'll need to utilise FTG a lot more in his movement.

I don't think it's a stomp like some people will just presume, however BM minato can deal with current Kakashi at the moment.
