I think kakashi can do it but naruto can't.
3t sasuke could take itachi's tsukiyomi so, kakashi who now have double kamui should be able to take it.

Naruto's only counter to genjutsu is depending on his bijju who will disturb his chakra flow and get him up out of genjutsu but itachi's genjutsu needs only one second in real world to do fatal damage.
I don't think the bijju can realize naruto is under genjutsu and break him out of it within one second, i mean it will take them at least 2 seconds to realize he is under genjutsu but it will be game over until that time.

Kakashi with MS can take on Tsukuyomi, his 3 tomoes couldn't because he's not a true Uchiha and can't use it as well as Uchihas but MS should be able to. Jinchuuriki's and Bijuus minds are connected so the Bijuu would be in the same time as the Jinchuuriki. In Bee's case, he was in real time so the 8 tails broke him out in real time against Sasuke and Itachi so fast that Bee countered attack or defended himself when attacked. Oh and Naruto can easily break out if he enters KM which would disrupt his chakra as Sasuke went CM in Tsukuyomi to break out of Tsukuyomi; he didn't do it solely on his Sharingan.

When dan entered tsunade, she didn't sprout dan chakra in her brain.

This is obviously wrong. If it was remotely true, naruto wouldn't need to be dragged into a different level of conciousness to talk to kyuubi or to telepathically talk to the other bijuu. Kyuubi's inside naruto's body(in his seal to be exact). Naruto can mentally hunt him down and talk to him, but they don't share the same brain otherwise kyuubi wouldn't need to give naruto advice, he'd have the same knowledge. Ontop of that, Hachibi wouldn't be awake while bee is unconscious during genjutsu.
