Is Kakashi, Sasuke's real rival?

Sasuke receives EMS and later Hagomoro power-up when Kakashi receives Obito's chakra as a power-up
Kakashi matched Sasuke's ultimate power(Perfect Susanoo) by copying him all that in one-go
They both possess S/T techniques

So they always played the catch-up since Shippuden started. Looks like his real rival is Kakashi, not Naruto
