When Kakashi was low chakra partly due to that single sharingan eye drain the chakra, whether he use or not.
Now that Obito passed his eyes, was may include certain chakra in order to use.
Just like Uzumaki and Senju clans.

Sakura bloodline link to Senju.
As Sakura was almost at par with Tsunade powers.

Because it makes a lot more sense and follows the apparent rules of the Naruto Universe, unlike this whole "he became a kid again, transported himself out of the world of the dead, gave Kakashi his eyes (which were destroyed, btw), and suddenly Kakashi has completely mastered the bloodline traits of the most powerful Uchiha" scenario. With Sasuke and Amaterasu, Itachi implanted it in Sasuke to react to seeing Tobi's face. However, it was revealed that Sasuke gained the same abilities as Itachi when he awoke his MS, and in fact was way better with Amaterasu than his brother was. Do you see the difference or do I need to spell it out for you? Oh, wait, I just did.

Actually agree with a lot of what you say.
Yes, Kakashi could just be more attuned to Obito's specific Sharingan because he did live with it for so long. We just kinda have to see where this is going to go. It looks like the residual chakra took over Kakashi, like a possesion of some sort. More than likely it will be temporary, but who knows what Kishi comes up with next.

I don't comment often, and since my post is all the way in the nosebleed section I doubt it will get read anyways, but here goes. I completely concur, this episode was certainly an ***pull and was just a plot twist for the sake of being a plot twist. Disregarding everything that dedicated fans of the series have come to know as fictional fact. But is it really so far fetched, considering what we already know and have been presented with in previous episodes?

For instance: Orochimaru. For a greater part of the show he existed as Chakara within Kabuto. His physical body had been destroyed and just his chakara had remained and he was able to extract himself from Kabuto. We also see another manifestation of Orochimaru when he is pulled from Sasuke's curse mark by Itachi...and before it's mentioned, I've considered that in Orochimaru's case there is an actual physical manifestation that his chakara was bound to. Obito, on the other hand had just a smouldering pile of ash to bind his chakara to, or did he? As we know from previous episodes it is possible for shinobi to meld their DNA with each other to create some kind of hybrid, monster shinobi. Such as the melding of Hashirama's DNA in Madara, the hippy guy, and the white zetsus. With the melding of both Senju and Uchiha DNA Madara is able to awaken his Rinnegan. A triumphant accomplishment in the world of modern shinobi medical science.

So what's my point? My point is, could it not be just vaguely fathomable that Kakashi, a man that lived for 20 some odd years with a fully functioning EYEBALL embedded within his skull that is also infused with the Uchiha Chakara and DNA of his best friend, could be capable of awakening his own Sharingan eyes? or that Kakashi is a perfect "host body" for the last remaining bits of Obito's Chakara to bond to? And if the answer is yes to both, than maybe it's possible for Obito to "re-awaken" his own eye's within Kakashi's compatible physical form.

...Well, I guess that's how I'm just going to look at it. I enjoy the series, it's a far cry from perfect, but dammit I'm going to see the end. So I won't let this episode tick me off too much.

Obito and Kakashi are still connected it was a transfusion, like you do with blood, except it's temporary and Obi to is working together with Kakashi. Great reply explanation to the Sasuke and a living Itachi implanted, one time Uchiha M.S activation against another Uchiha eye jutsu and if these Kishimoto apologists can't understand that it pointless, cause a living (understand living) Itachi also was able to hide Shisui eye within Naruto to activate against Sasuke using sharingan. Until a 39 year old Kishi derail his goal to end Naruto(cause he knew that he ran out of new and good plot lines and jutsu's material) and instead decide to juice these idiotic Narutards until he 80, with B.S make no sense in his own Narutoverse, Naruto manga chapters.

With all due respect, I think it is a lack of brain power to say that Kakashi's Susanoo or MS is an asspull. In the best case, if you claim to have brain power, then I believe you have been reading your own version of Naruto for years, and unfortunately, you are being in denial of the true series. The facts are clear and we know them: (1) Sharingan is the result of eruption of special chakra from the brain, (2) chakra can transmigrate from the world of the dead to the living world into someone, (3) two people can be connected through chakra and talk to each other has Obito and Naruto have done before, (4) It is a Naruto fact for someone to transfer a dojutsus to another person, and Sasuke was the first to be beneficiary of this principle from Hagoromo.

By the way, you forget Minato being dead and buried, yet appearing inside Naruto to perform a full-fledged Hakke fujin. You forget Kyuubi being in form of chakra inside Naruto and still using Naruto's body to give chakra to someone. Simply put, the fact you are citing shallowly are the basis of Naruto series, and they are actually the supporting argument for what happened in chapter 688.

So what's my point? The answer to 688 is simple - that is Obito transfer all his Uchiha power to Kakashi through chakra transmigration. We have seen it with Naruto possessing Ashura's chakra, and Sasuke possessing Indra's. Both of them are themselves and do not have the mind of neither Ashura nor Indra. BZ even mentioned that they are very weird transmigrant because they cooperates.

FYI, if Uchiha DNA was able to give Sharingan, then Orochimaru would have Sharingan long time ago. It has been proven many times in the manga that the Uchiha power has nothing to do with DNA. Rather, it is a chakra erupted from their brain. So as far as Kishi is concerned, there is no contradiction.

...Well, I guess that's how I'm just going to look at it. I enjoy the series, it's a far cry from perfect, but dammit I'm going to see the end. So I won't let this episode tick me off too much.

The series has built a logic, and this logic is valid within it context. The earlier you will accept the logic of the series, the better the series will be.

PS: Do you guys still recall Madara using Susanoo without his eyes? It would help you a lot.

I was so glad Kakashi got his sharingan back but instead of one, he got two from Obito. The fact he can summon susanoo makes him even more awesome. Being a Kakashi fan, this chapter makes me happy and I liking it. I don't know why people are so butthurt. Its better than having Naruto be god all the time. Despite being the main character, he's too op. I hope Kakashi`s Susanoo is either Grey or Blue.

I don't love this manga for the logic, but I do expect the messages and themes to be consistent.

The fusion of Obito's chakra with Kakashi's body created a formidable power that can help protect Naruto and Sasuke AND travel between dimensions.

Seems to be consistent with the sage's intended message and also with the power up Madara obtained by stealing Hashirama's DNA.

Great chapter. Kakashi fans haven't been this happy for a long time.

Nope try again Sheep, Hagaromo the Sage of the six path clearly told Naruto & Sasuke (while they was in limbo, not him leaving limbo with no physical body and talking to them then giving power ups) that the only way you can get the Rinnegan is Indra chakra combine with Ashura chakra (Madara + Hashirama or Sasuke + Naruto).

So you lack brain power and don't understand what you are reading, cause Hagoromo never said he gave Sasuke the Rinnegan. He gave Naruto and Sasuke the power to seal and stop Madara or Kaguya and that the power Naruto and Sasuke keep talking about they got from Hagoromo ( The moon and sun crest sign on their hand).

Sasuke got some of Hashirama chakra from Edo Hashirama or he got it from Kabuto, just like Naruto got chakra from the 7 tail beast then Obito gave him the others, that he stole from Madara and that how Naruto can go in Juubi mode and Sasuke have the Rinnegan power up 's genius ( just cause you bolden your words, don't make you right).

A talking sleeve stuck to the ground, an essence (supposedly "chakra", hah) oozing out of the remains of someone who crumbled away, going into Kakashi, somehow meeting his past self, not present, somehow transferring eyes that have been destroyed (because chakra's what counts, right?), Sasuke just failing massively for the purpose of hyping Kakashi, and in the few seconds that all of that happened, Kakashi, apparently, unlocked Perfect Susano'o, something that only 2 Uchiha - both descendants of Indra - have achieved, all the while Naruto's fangirling just screamed "F*CK LOGIC!" to me. Let's not forget about the hot air balloon Kaguya, Juubito retard 2.0.
