Is Konoha too haxed out now?

I was thinking and then i realized that Konoha has the most military force via short numbers. You have Naruto, Sasuke (If he returns), Kakashi (As of now), Sakura (Mini Tsunade), New Ino-Shika-Cho (Which are in the road to surpass their predecessors), Rock Lee (Who is bound to surpass Gai), and much more Shinobi. Konoha at this rate will just dominate the Military strength eventually leading a new age of fear. (Though not evil)

All it would do is incite more fear, and lead to assassination missions/more kidnappings.

I don't think so honestly. You just have to remember Konoha is all we know about. If Kishi were to actually develop the other nations more, Konoha would likely still be stronger, but he'd probably try to make it a little more even than it appears now

That would be a pretty good idea Kishi could have implemented Chinese Dynasties into this series. And had them battle the five great nations, becuse everybody loves wars in manga.
