spiderman vs batman, well depends on prepare time. usually i would say batman wins, but since death battle i have a different opinion...
no way would wolverine beat green lantern...
phoenix would beat superman neg diff...

Based on the outfit I'd say it's Tim, he has long pants not underwear. And Lobo is a villain but he's still DC, Deathstroke was involved in this crossover as well iirc.
