I pointed this out many times, earlier, dunno if others did. One of the many gripes of the chakra. Sasuke's chakra based PS gets constantly dumped on but naruto's chakra based rasenshuriken is A-Ok. Wheeeee.

Absorbing an attack doesn't knock you back, rip up your clothes and show visible damage.

I guess it indeed is a contradiction , or maybe there's a limit to the amount of chakra-based attacks kaguya could absorb
But the whole purpose of those flashy attacks is probably to draw out the bijuus chakra , which can hardly be accomplished thru taijutsu

Naruto's attacks are senjutsu and that might have caused her trouble and prevented her from absorbing it properly

She did absorb them as the bijuu chakra went and reacted with the bijuus inside her making her bloat and unstable

yes, but chidori looks different when senjutsu is added, sasuke's techs do not contain sage chakra unless he says he is putting it in them

he might have gotten some of hagoromo chakra, he also got some of hashirama's senjutsu chakra before, but that didnt magically transform into a sage wielding senjutsu attacks

Kaguya's the juubi which, as stated by kurama and confirmed by naruto, is just a mass of natural energy. Pretty much all energy on the planet. So "overloading" kaguya with natural energy makes absolutely 0 sense. When she was in shinjuu form, she had no problem sucking BSM naruto dry.
