White definitely white or gray after he is the son of the white fang whose chakra would leak through the blade any other color would be kind of stupid because the susanoo is suppose to be your guardian deity sasuke purple color represents his dark chakra and how he changed not to mention kakashis susanoo even has his scar so it should be white

Itachi's is yellow. Anime made it orange

I can imagine that it is black and the scar formed by kakashis chakra is white maybe the hairs of it, too.
