So, last chapter pretty much confirmed that the difference between Dojutsu and all other kekkei genkai is NOTHING, and all you need to use them is the chakra of someone who can use them, or be lucky, Since Kakashi is using Obito's MS with his own eyes, not implanted ones, because Obito is helping him.

So, when Obito was using his right eye and the Implanted eye, he should have been able to use Kamui with both eyes, Like Kakashi is now, Because he would have the Chakra of someone who can use Kamui, AKA Him.

The eyes are a catalyst for where that power manifest.

Kishi shouldn't have to old everyone's hands through the manga
It is obvious from what kishi has stated throughout the manga that once implanted individuals not from that clan have potential to use whatever eyes they claim.

As for actual justu,ones created on their own (most notably KKG made of elements)they cannot be simply given away since the user must have that nature(Unless the precise way or origin is described or shown otherwise

(Unless your naruto and you have the tailed beast inside of you (who are still relaying their powers to naruto since he himself does not actually have these powers)

This is a great point and could've been how madara got his rinnegan for his left eye after casting izanagi. Maybe after madara revived himself with izanagi, he then just put a regular sharingan in his left eye socket and then used his chakra to turn it into a rinnegan.
