I know kishi always has suprises up his sleeve. Next chapter explains all better.
But as I know kishi too well, the title ''kakashi of the sharingan'' remains.

Obito's chakra got mixed with kakashi's just like Indra and Ashura in sauce and nardo. Those eyes can be deactivated when Obito's gone. But as kishi is, the eyes remain... Why? Kakashi needs those eyes to become the 6th hokage.
Thats another plothole by kishi entirely.
On the susano issue, kishi would probably depict that kakashi, the copy ninja copied the susano but not with saskue's yagatama or whatever it is called. It is a PS but just basically a shield responsive type.
Reason [Theory]
Madara desired to protect Izuna and rule his clan as leader, his susano got the powerful build with two swords to match. Thats a ''shield-ruler'' susano. Y'all know that as a powerful shinobi, you need to live up to expectation. DRAB.
Itachi was a genius, he desired to protect sauce as his father also desired. He also got the will of fire. He was a ''shield-protector-genius''. His susano is red, i suppose with the yata mirror and that lethal blade. As zetsu remarked, invincible.
Sauce was filled with hatred from the start, intent to kill and more power. Well, susano got the bow and arrow, which is a killer combo... Lol .
Kakashi, always wanted to protect Rin, same as Obito, two in one. Dual force desires and hence the PS.
(note: kishi's plotholes overshadows logic sometimes).
Conclusion: From kishi's POV, Sharingan copy ninja kakashi remains.
