Yep - Kakashi had two Mangekyo that weren't Eternal, and he still pulled off a Perfect Susanoo. And even if it was Obito "possessing" Kakashi and using him as a medium (or Kakashi is copying Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo), it still doesn't change the fact that Kakashi's face itself do not have EMS. So there. Kishi broke all laws of asspulls. :|

I am not really sure that you haft to have EMS anyway in order to have PS. Indra most likely had PS and he did not have EMS.

Well honestly.. Kakashi always had EMS, by its regular name MS.. because he couldn't go blind by using the MS jutsu because it was a gift & transplanted , plus he cant deactivate his sharingan because of those facts.

Well that is true though. Through manga you can only achieve EMS by taking your sibling's Sharingan. Which Indra's brother did not have. Also you can see that Indra did have PS.

actually PS is not because of ems,-you'll notice when sasuke first got his ems, its his completed susano not PS he was using but after he died (temp) and was given hashi's chakra plus rikudo's power he began using PS..i believe PS is actually a transformation caused by an increase in its users power(chakra) levels..madara when he got his, had gone through a dramatic power boost, same with sasuke and now kakashi..Indra had his fathers strong chakra,



And also,Indra's doujutsu is not the sharingan we see now, the three doujutsu's were originally one in kaguya which were the byakugan,sharingan and rinnegan..but further down they devolved as they were seperated

Rinnegan - Hagoromo (devolved from the 9T rinnegan)
Byakugan - Hamura
sharingan - Indra (devolved from the rinnegan) which was eternal(its light never darkened cause of his strong chakra
EMS sharingan - Uchiha (devolved from indra's sharingan)
Byakugan - Hyuuga (devolved from Hamura's)
and chakra also dwendled...
