Itachi didn't have two or three other people's chakra forces in him. Kakashi has Obito's spirit and possibly even some of Hashirama's from the clone half of him.

Wow... people butt hurt about this when Itatchi has already been surpassed by many characters in the manga. Kakashi's power up has nothing to do with Itatchi, and seriously doubt Kishi takes fanboyz into consideration when he doles out upgrades to his characters.
