So a flying Perfect Susano'o Kakashi with the ability to utilize Kamui warps at twice the speed and can also resort to intangibility? Yeah, this version of Kakashi can probably take down the entirety of Akatsuki singlehandedly. He is effectively a superior version of EMS Madara.

Kisame's Daikodan is absolutely dwarfed by Perfect Susano'o, and even if it is somehow capable of sapping a significant amount of chakra from the Susano'o, Kakashi can always fall back on intangibility or simply warp the Daikodan. Hell, considering he has a flying Susano'o he can even levitate out of Kisame's range. Kisame's water dome won't even cover Perfect Susano'os waist and will probably be dispelled by a single sword swing or simply avoided by, once again, flying away.
