He hasn't done anything even remotely close to obito when it comes to kamui without the help of naruto or kurama and he is always *****ing about his eyes hurting. His kamui is ineffective because it drains his chakra fast, plus he has been receiving chakra from naruto and kurama during the entire war arc. So even if he has PS, without large chakra supplies he is ineffective and will drop dead against the kinds of hashirama and Naruto.
