I was researching a lot earlier today and i think that i have discovered how Kishimoto plans to give Sasuke a new power up. I know the power up has to "level" the playing field for Sasuke since he's at a severe disadvantage with how things are quickly progressing.

Sasuke got left behind in the dust while Naruto surpassed him.
8 kekkai genkai's and TSBs(above kekkai tota) bro.That makes Sasuke seem like a chuunin learning Nature manipulation for the first time compared to Naruto(despite Sasuke's kg blaze release and fire,lightning release).
Sasuke's gonna need a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge powerup to equal Naruto sama.
