3.Kakashi: Intangiblity, Kamui snipe, OP tech, PS (I personally am not a kakashi fan but if you imagine his power right now, even if it's temporary, he is almost unstoppable)
4.Naruto: Really huge chakra, 9 tail beast jutsus, Healing, truth seeking ball, e.t.c
5.Sasuke: Yin powered attacks, PS, enton, Shifting ability, Tsukuyomi, e.t.c (I personally still think naruto got nothing on sasuke, but i just give him the benefit for now since sasuke hasnt done anything for the last 4 chapters)
6.Obito(Jin): tsb, intangibility, 10 tails attack, quick healing, e.t.c
7.Gai: untouchable speed, unmatched taijutsu, fastest ninja alive
8.Hashirama: wood master, healing master, really huge chakra, e.t.c

Obito can't become intangible. Gai should be above Sasuke because he has no counter to Night Gai, and Kakashi shouldn't be that high. Naruto and Sasuke could counter Kamui and PS easily.

Lets be sincere, we all know the power is temporary, but i cant see anyone aside from madara and kaguya beating him for now, he even said he will protect both naruto and sasuke
