It would be ridicules, if the main character have temporary powerups. And Kakashi power up is other thing. Naruto and Sasuke have the power of the transmagrations .

naruto got his cloak fro the bijus and not sage. sasuke(i believe) got his from hashirama chakra.

the only thing they certainly got from the sage was the seals (but its possible sauces rinnegan came from sage)

i think when naruto and sasuke use moon/sun seal to seal kaguya,hagromo chakra will vanish and they will have no moon/sun seal anymore
