Why is Kakashi going to be the Sixth?

Does anybody have an idea as to why Obito said that Kakashi will be the Sixth? Especially when Kakashi already said he doesn't want to be Hokage and Tsunade is still alive. And what grounds is Obito making this statement on? He doesn't have any reasons as to why Kakashi would become Hokage. And why would Tsunade retire before Naruto is ready to become Hokage? Seeing as Naruto is powerful enough and just needs to mature a little bit, Naruto's time is not that far off.

Well Kakashi is the mid-way point between tsunade and Naruto in terms of age and he was considered for the position numerous times. Even unofficially became kage until Tsunade woke up

Exactly been forshadowed for a long time, Naruto will be Kage when he's ready.
