OK as we know in Marvel universe there is many civilization that born/exist trough out the universe.

There are many planets that inhabit by numbers of civilizations like Scar, Skrull, Kree, Titan, Terra(earth), Xanderian, Shi'ar, Eternal, Deviant, Chitauri etc

And we know how dangerous is Marvel universe is although it is very Powerful

Look you have Planet eating being like Galactus, mad titan like Thanos, very brutal and no mercy civilization like Kree.

This whole universe is very wild, chaotic, unsecure, full of anger and so on

Plus there are many powerful dimensional demons there.

OK If Naruto world is one of the civilization in the Marvel Universe.

-Will they survive the very wild environment in Marvel universe.

-Will they able to defend many invasion attempt from many party whether group attempt or whole civilization that seek new world to inhabit.

-What is their level of power/strength compared to vast universe (I mean whole Naruto world).

-Will they also able to become treat to another Marvel civilization

We'll narutos world may not have one singular being with super immense power but they do have hundreds if not thousands of fairly strong people in it. I think they can handle their biz just on the sheer fact of numbers. In this case it's quantity over quality.

I think that Naruto earth can survive OK in Marvel universe.

Here I will gave Naruto earth specialty that is their chakra. This chakra thing is unique only to them

Also apart from chakra, Naruto earth peoples is circulate with same life energy as any other Marvel civilization

Their chakra power is working in tandem with their natural life energy. Which mean they are assimilate

To sum it up. Natural life energy is like normal body energy while chakra energy is energy for creating natural weapons

Take a consideration that many normal shinobi are able to mould a chakra and perform some jutsu and when they improve more with training, they are able to create batter jutsu.

Unlike normal human in Terra(earth) they are not bless with speciality of Naruto earth that is chakra.

Being like Kaguya in full potential, Marvel will give her herald level in power.
