Kakashi's eyes issue: not a plothole

No, he only lacks a phisical body, but he still exists in the form of chakra within Kakashi's body.

Actually you usually need EMS to have PS, but Obito's MS is much more hax than Itachi's or Sasuke's MS

Obito mentioned that the eyes may expire. So it should have bled

Or... or... he might be in Kaguya's genjutsu, and because of the trauma caused by Obito's self sacrifice he feels depressed because he can't do anything and that depression influences the genjutsu to make him all powerful when in fact he's just standing there open and vulnerable, ready to be killed. Most logical conclusion

Obito meant that he would eventually leave Kakashi's body in order to go back to where Rin was.
