Many ones out there have been complaining about Kakashi's eyes issue, being such issue a plothole according to them.
Those complaints usually involve this points of here below, which I am proceeding to explain why they are not plotholes at all, and thus they make perfect sense.
1- How is it that Kakashi was able to pull off Perfect Susanoo without the EMS?
2- Kakashi's eyes should have bled.
3- Kakashi lacks the inmense chakra pool required to pull off Perfect Susanoo.
It has never been stated in the series that EMS is required to use Perfect Susanoo; and there is no reason to think otherwise as it wouldn't make any sense, since the only thing of which EMS prevents is of blindness.
Kakashi's eyes cannot bleed because Kakashi's eyes are not the source of the technique, but just the medium that allows Obito's eyes (in the form of chakra, of course) to cast the technique. Obito's eyes are the ones pulling off the Perfect Susanoo.
This is a similar basis to that of the EMS. EMS uses the transplanted eyes to channel one's own Mangekyō Sharingan's powers from one's inner self to the outside. So, in a way, Kakashi has some kind of EMS.
Indeed, but Kakashi also has Obito's chakra at his disposal.
I am not trying to justify Kishimoto's decision, since the fact of them not being a plothole does not exclude them of being bad writting. Yet this is another issue of which I am not going to debate in this thread, but maybe in another one.
