No, just kidding. Where do you think this places Kakashi now? Not only did he get the left MS back, which made him pretty strong, but he has the right MS and PS. This is freaking overkill.

Well Sasuke would have to unleash tsuki no me in order to defeat kakashi because i dont see other way he would defeat him, as for naruto maybe the latest naruto attack we saw with all the tailed beasts rasengan could defeat kakashi susanoo, if not that then they need power up otherwise kakashi is above them all.

I am Kakashi fan but dont forget about Chakra (1Ms Was hard to use for Kamui)but two will drain his chakra 2x faster yes he is top 10 maybe 5-6....
