Dear Kakashi and Obito fans

Does anybody have a good explanation why a genius like Itachi who is possible the most talented Uchiha of all time did not awaken perfect Susanoo, but Kakashi a non Uchiha awakned it immediately after he got two MS and even worse why did not Obito awaken it. These are his eyes. It was said that dojutus are strongest when the original owner uses them or did I miss something?
