What's the starting distance? Anything beyond 10 meters makes it unlikely for Kakashi to Kamui snipe. Madara's PS>Kakashi's PS at this point, so there's no arguing that. Kamui won't be of much use, so it all comes down to who's PS is stronger and who's lasts longer, Madara being the clear winner. With Kyuubi it's a stomp.

Obito is the original owner of the eyes. DMS Obito will always be > DMS Kakashi. Plus Obito has senju DNA.
