No. This chapter was actually a disaster. Kakashi getting double MS is one thing, but instantly having PS is supreme bullshit. He's not even an Uchiha, much less a descendant of Indra which it previously seemed that power came from.

Obito never showed susanoo, and even for a prodigy like Sasuke it took tons of practice with it to get to his current level. Kishi is shitting on previously established laws of his own manga.

To me it looks like you don't even read what you write, let alone read something someone else wrote. Obito dissipated with his both eyes. The connection is metaphoric and Shounenistic at best.
