No, otherwise he would have yet another power up as well as the Bijuu, making it even more "unfair" to Naruto and Sasuke being "even". In short, it would not be good for Sasuke.

I dont think he would get ashura's avatar. Im not entirely correct about it but im just guessing he wont get it. 'cause as we already know hashirama was also the reincarnation of ashura and he didnt have it. So, there is no guarantee that naruto would get it. If you guys say that ashura was a jinchuriki then i will agree that he will get the avatar mode. But we dont know yet whether ashura was a jinchuriki or not... so yeah, he wont get it in my opinion.

Ashura wasn't a Jinchuuriki. Why would he seal the Bijuu inside of himself..? That contradicts pretty much everything about them being free if he uses them as power ups. They have also never mentioned Ashura. On the other hand, unless the Bijuu offered him a portion of their chakra (Like now with Naruto) to help fight Indra. But, again, Naruto is the Child of prophecy, not Ashura.

Ninshū was all about sharing chakra and as the leader of the sect, it's entirely possible the bijū all gave Ashura a piece of their chakra since he was Hagoromo's son.

it seems that if the chakra is use as taijutsu she won't absorb it, for if that was the case she would of just absorb the chakra arms naruto was trowing at her when she first took him to the lava dimension.

If Susano'o could be absorbed I would think Nagato would have done so against Itatchi. I seems PS in its stabalized form doesn't have the flaring effect weaker Susano'o and Naruto's cloak have. It's kinda how when other jin go bijuu mode he turns into the actual bijuu.

Sasuke's PS is not that big. It's the same size as Madara's roughly in my estimation. I would imagine the avatar to be at least as tall as Kurama on his hind legs, which is easily same height as Madara's PS. However you could be right on this, kinda of hard to say.
