Yes, Naruto also means Fishcake. You're correct on Itachi and Sakura, probably Sasuke too. Menma from RtN are the bamboo shoots in ramen too (I think..).

Different series, but Ichigo's dad named him Ichigo as in "one who protects", though he sometimes still gets made fun of for having a "cute" name, e.g. like the giant in the Soul Society arc.
