I'll fall victim to your glory. Summary. This is a theory about the plot of the Last Naruto Movie that will come out at the end of this year. What the story will tell after the war is over, about Sasuke's rule as a Hokage and Naruto as the "bad guy" of the story. Read ahead! Reason for writing this. Someone posted a spoiler about the new movie, I have no idea if its legit or not, but I still wanted to make a theory based around the idea of that spoiler, this is my tackle on that. Hope you enjoy it. How will the Manga end? The current manga has to end, and most people (including me) believe that it is the movie that will end the story of Naruto, not the manga. If this is the case then the manga will end with being uncomplete, yet in some forms complete. I believe that after Kaguya is defeated and all threats are gone, everyone with a Rinnegan is gone. Sasuke will manipulate the Mugen Tsukuyomi or cast a new one that will erase parts of everyone's memory and create a reality he wishes. (Not a endless dream, but a reality based on fake memories.) What will this genjutsu do and how will it affect the memories? Well I think Sasuke will erase the things he has done bad in the past, as well as leave memories that will make everyone think of him as a leader character, a person fit for Hokage and remove their compassion for Naruto. (In other words, making people like him better than Naruto and removing the memories of Naruto leading the war.) This will ensure that Sasuke is picked as the Hokage and not Naruto and it is what I think will be the ending of the manga. When and how does the movie take place? I will assume that the movie takes place a few years in the future, after the current war. This explains Naruto's new design and why he looks like an adult. This also explains why Sasuke has yet to be revealed in the spoilers. If Sasuke was appointed the Hokage, then showing him would spoil the plot of the movie. As I stated above, the story can take place after Sasuke has manipulated the world's memories to gain power as Hokage. (Trying to rule the world his way.) After some years pass, everyone has forgotten the war and Sasuke becomes Hokage. As times passes, one man starts to regain his lost memories of what really happened, namely Naruto Uzumaki. However, Sasuke is Hokage and everyone respects and follows him. While Naruto is a simple Konoha Shinobi who has had his powers suppressed by Sasuke. As the movie progress, Naruto starts to go against Sasuke and his ideals. Remembering the hardship of their pasts, their struggles and their friendship. The movie progresses and Naruto confronts Sasuke with his regained memories, Sasuke on the other hand won't act as there is nothing Naruto can do with it. (As everyone respects Sasuke over Naruto because Sasuke manipulate their memories in the past.) Naruto will form something like a revolution against Sasuke to show the world the memories they've lost. Fighting to regain the past they fought so hard to protect. To this, Sasuke will respond with a fight against Naruto. (Thus gaining the long awaited battle.) As the story progresses, Naruto's heart and spirit will once again regain the hearts of the world and uncover the past Sasuke hid. Naruto will become the hero who saves the world from the young man with the powerful eyes, while Sasuke becomes the man who tried to control the world how he wanted, to decided it himself. What will become of Sasuke? I don't have a idea how the movie would end, unless it ends with Sasuke dying, something I doubt Naruto would even agree to. |
