9 reasons why Tobidara theory is true.

4) Tobi participated in uchiha massacre and said he had grudge on Uchiha. Only Madara had a reason to slaughter Uchiha. Obito killing Uchiha made no sense. Check
5) Human flesh in Obito's hand while his entire right side consists of Zetsu goo. Check
6) Madara talking to Obito's arm. Check
7) Tobi using izanagi multiple times(saving himself from Ama and Konan) while Obito had no idea about Izanagi. Check
8) Tobi acting exactly like Madara despite the fact that he had no reason to pretend to be him while no one was around him. Check

Kyuubi didn't necessarily recognize Tobi, that's just most people's assumption. Obito was able to control him, so Kyuubi was surprised by that simple fact. What the Kyuubi did recognize for sure was real Madara once he was brought back as an Edo.

Did you notice how no Uchiha were present during the Kyuubi attack? He potentially warned all the Uchiha to run away. He attacked the leaf because he was establishing himself as Madara and he had lost hope in the current world.

Obito obviously did know about Izanagi. That counts as Uchiha forbidden jutsu, that Madara said he'd teach him (Kinjutsu).

Obito always acting like Madara proves a level of insanity, a part of him really believed he was Madara, but it wasn't real.

Madara was trying to convince Obito that he was essential to him plan by calling him 'another Madara'. He was lying to him again.
