So they should try and KILL Kaguya, rather than sealing her again. It didn't stop her when Hagoromo and Hamura did it, why should it stop her now?

The goal isn't just to stop her temporarily, it's to put an end to her completely. So killing her would be a much more sensible move.

And no, she isn't immortal. There is no such thing as immortality in the Narutoverse, not even Hidan is immortal. Any of the characters can die. That Ash Bone jutsu would put her down, for example. Or, by her feats, Hitting her really really hard would work.

They dont have to directly kill her. Causing her death would be enough. Sasuke swapping with an Ash Bone so that it hits her, for example. Technically they wouldn't have killed her, but she'd be down.

Anyways the bijuu's are in a nutshell, Are Kaguya's own chakra. Why wouldn't she share the same revival mechanism as her own chakra?

Black zetsu appears to be immortal, just saying. Definitely biologically immortal, and as far as we know he can't be killed from attacks either. Sealing may be the only way for him.

White zetsu are also biologically immortal.

Bijuu are apparently immortal as well, even when they die they come back.

Sealing may be the best option against kaguya. Obito and Madara both showed extreme ability to heal, and Kaguya has more chakra than them and has controlled the juubi for much longer than either of them. Kaguya can likely heal against pretty much anything faster than it can kill her.

The seal worked just fine when Hagaromo and Hamura used it. The only reason she came back was because of BZ, but now that they're aware of who he actually is, I doubt they would allow her to come back again.

If they try to kill her, they may force Kaguya into becoming serious and using unbelievable power they don't see coming, can't dodge, or just simply overwhelming on them. Though, in my opinion, she wouldn't do that. Another good idea would be to use her powers against her to defeat her, if that's possible.

But, knowing Naruto, he wouldn't go straight to killing her. That's not how he is. He likes to think of peaceful solutions.

Sealing her is a good idea, but they have to seal Black Zetsu as well...

Kaguya is immortal like Tail Beast She can't be kill only sealed away. And so Sealing Her and Black Zetsu is the only option, jut seal Black Zetsu separately from Kaguya.

you're confusing immortality with invincibility. Kaguya didn't appear to have aged a single day older than she was when she took all of that chakra for herself and she was old enough to have known Indra and Ashura. Considering Madara's statement when he took in the Shinju's chakra, immortality does exist in Naruto, but only those 2 arguably achieved it. It is impossible for an immortal person to die of age, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're invincible.

More to the point, it's pointless to attempt killing her because nobody there that we know of is even capable of it. That was the whole reason they were given the chakra to seal her up. If killing her was that possible, Hagoromo and Hamura would've already done it. Sealing is the only option, and it's good enough.
